Attractive cottage situated in peaceful and relaxing location just outside the village of Mouais, 15 minutes away from the historic town of Chateaubriant. Ideal for exploring Southern Brittany, the Atlantic coast and the Loire Valley. Accommodation: Fully equipped kitchen/dining room with woodburner and microwave, utility room with washing machine, comfortable living room, downstairs double bedroom with additional single bed and shower room/WC.
Upstairs one double bedroom, one single bedroom and bathroom. Cot and highchair available if required. Large garden with furniture, BBQ and two adult bikes available
The accommodation is on two floors and is suitable for up to 6 people plus a baby. The ground floor has a large well equipped dining room/kitchen with full size cooker, microwave, and wood burner. There is also a utility room with full size fridge/freezer and washing machine.
The living room is also spacious with plenty of seating and a double sofa bed. There is a large selection of reading material, CD player and TV/DVD along with games/playing cards etc.
We have a large double bedroom downstairs with exposed beams that also accommodates a single bed. There is a bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin just off this bedroom.
Upstairs there is a large double bedroom with exposed beams and large velux window, along with a single bed which is suitable for children up to the age of 12.
There is also a single bedroom with balcony giving fantastic views of the countryside. A family bathroom is situated upstairs which has a bath, shower, washbasin and toilet. For people visiting with a baby we are able to provide a cot, highchair, changing mat and pushchair.
Outside their are lawns of around 1 acre along with is stocked with trees and flowers.
Their is a gravelled area next to the cottage which can easily cater for numerous cars.
Part of this area is converted into a boules court.

A discount of 10% is available for bookings of 2 weeks or more and a 5% discount is available to returning customers.
These prices include full bed linen, gas and electricity
Our changeover date is Saturday but is not set in stone especially outside peak periods.
We always ask for 25% deposit to secure the week, then send an invoice for the balance around 8 weeks before you are due to travel.
