For those who crave the sight and smell of the sea, La Rochelle and the Atlantic coast are well within reach of a day trip. The local area also provides attractions in the beautiful towns of La Roche Posay, Angle sur l’Anglin and the historic (and prehistoric) charms of Le Grand Pressigny and Preuilly sur Claise. The nearest towns are Le Petit Pressigny and Preuilly sur Claise, both with good shops and restaurants (open all year)
