A reservation can be held for 7 days with no commitment. A booking form will be emailed or sent and when returned with a 25% deposit the reservation will be confirmed.
The balance is not due until 28 days before arrival.
A 100 pounds security deposit is required in addition to the rental and will be returned with in 14 days of departure. This is held against damage, loss, return of the key and charges for electricity and wood.
