Here you'll find a wide range of vacation rental (ie self-catering) properties ranging from small apartments to grand castles and chateaux with the common theme running throughout that they are family owned and operated. All of the properties that you find here will offer you some form of cooking facilities that you can use yourself. The variation between them is enormous so check the details of the listings to ensure that you get what you are looking for. We limit ourselves to family run accommodation because we feel that they are the properties that will offer you the very highest level of personal service and in all cases you'll be booking directly with the property owners and not via some enormous booking agency.
