A well-equipped ground floor one-bedroomed cottage that overlooks the River Boutonne. Your own private garden has a Patio with garden furniture, sunbeds and barbecue.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge, toaster, kettle, cooker, and microwave, there is also a dining/living room with a double Sofa Bed and TV, DVD and Video (DVD's and Tapes available) and a fully equipped double bedroom. Bed linen and towels are provided. We can provide a travel cot and high chair for infants and laundry facilities are available.
We also have a lawned area with play area and space to play petanque. We can provide bats and balls if you feel energetic.
It's the perfect place to have a well-earned rest or to explore and take advantage of the splendor of the French experience.
Fishing is allowed in the Grade A river at the side of the property. The area is surrounded by beautiful countryside with fantastic birds and wildlife and of course the sunflower fields for which this region is famous. For the artist in you the gardens surrounding your cottage and the river are ideal for sketching or painting.
